Once you place an order on our website, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods:

We offer shipping through reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

Shipping Charges:

We offer Flat shipping fee Rs.100 on all orders within India.

Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. You can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 Business Days after shipping.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the courier service's website.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
Kapu Jewellery will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages:

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or any other reason, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment, which will be communicated to you prior to resending the package.

Return Policy:

The product will be replaced only if you receive a defective/damaged item from us.

 

Unpacking video is Mandatory to ensure if the product is defective by the time, it reached you.

​

NOTE : No replacement will be provided if you do not take the unpacking video.

​

Item will be replaced, and no refund will be provided.

​

Cancellation Policy:

​

Once an order is placed, the customer can reach us for cancellation by emailing us at contact@kapujewellery.com , within 24 hours and the amount will be refunded as Store credit.
